Dawn Traverso received her Bachelor’s degree from Washington & Jefferson College in 1992 and her law degree from D.C. Law in 1995. She is a member of The Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Dawn concentrates her practice in the defense of workers’ compensation, and labor and employment matters. Dawn is the Managing Partner of the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Office of Eraclides, Gelman, Hall, Indek, Goodman, Waters & Traverso. Dawn is a Past Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of The Florida Bar and an Emeritus member of the Executive Council of the Workers’ Compensation Section of The Florida Bar. Dawn is the Women In Work Comp Chair for the Workers’ Compensation Section of The Florida Bar. Dawn has been named as a Fellow in the prestigious National College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers. She is a member of the Broward County, Dade County and Monroe County Bar Associations. Dawn is certified by The Florida Department of Financial Services as an instructor in Workers’ Compensation, and has lectured on multiple occasions at numerous conferences including The Florida Bar’s Workers’ Compensation Forum, The Florida Workers’ Compensation Institute (FWCI), The Risk Management Society (RIMS), PRIMA (Public Risk Management Association) and International Association of Rehabilitations Professionals (IARP) on various topics including ethics, and the administration and defense of workers’ compensation claims. Dawn was previously the Vice-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Rules Committee. Dawn is a Trustee with the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, and former Chair of the South Florida Chapter. Dawn is a founding member and Bencher at The Richard A. Sicking American Inn of Court and is the current President of the Inn. In 2017, Dawn was the first (and to date, only) woman to have received the Frierson-Colling Professionalism Award. Dawn was awarded the 2017 Comp Laude Award with honors as Defense Attorney of the year by WorkCompCentral, a national level award. In 2023, Dawn was inducted into the Florida Workers’ Compensation Hall of Fame.

Glen Wieland was born in Orlando, Florida and after graduating from Colonial High School, he earned his degree from Presbyterian College in 1979. He then pursued his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he learned trial skills by trying about nineteen cases before he graduated. In 1982, he began his legal career with the firm of Walker and Buckmaster, P.A., representing employers, insurance carriers, and plaintiffs in both personal injury and workers' compensation. In 1987, he co-founded Kelaher & Wieland, P.A., focusing exclusively on representing plaintiffs in personal injury and workers' compensation cases. He became board certified in workers' compensation in 1990 and has remained board certified since that time. The firm is now known as Wieland & DeLattre, P.A. His son, Billy Wieland, joined the firm in 2016. Glen has served twice as president of the Florida Workers' Advocates and continues to be a member of the board of directors, He served as Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers (now known as the Florida Justice Association) and served as Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar, where he remains a member of the Executive Council. Glen is also a Fellow in the College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers. His father, William "Bill" Wieland, served as a Judge of Compensation Claims for over 23 years. Glen has been actively involved in his community, serving as the past chair of the Orlando Area Trust for the Homeless. He has also served as a

member of the School Advisory Council for Conway Elementary School for 15 years. Glen is highly engaged in his church, serving as the attorney for St. Alban's Cathedral, The Diocese of the Eastern United States of the Anglican Province of America, and for the Anglican Province of America for more than 35 years. Glen is a frequent lecturer on workers' compensation issues and serves as a faculty member for the Trial Advocacy Seminar for the Florida Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section. He is a member of the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group (WILG). Glen has been married to Kennie Wieland for 45 years, and their youngest son, David Wieland, is also a successful lawyer in Orlando, handling workers’ compensation cases.

Bryan Greenberg was born in Orlando, Florida, in 1990. His family moved to Charlotte County a year later. He is a product of our community, having attended Laurel Oaks Academy, Charlotte Academy, Kingsway Elementary School, Port Charlotte Middle School, and Charlotte High School (Class of 2008). He attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, and graduated with a degree in Economics. Immediately thereafter, Bryan attended Stetson University’s College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he was an Honor Roll student and graduated with his law degree. During his 3 years of law school, Bryan interned for the Chief Justice of the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida, Judge Anthony Rondolino. His behind-the-scenes experience with Judge Rondolino included participating in numerous personal injury trials and discussing lawsuits with Judge Rondolino and various other judges in their chambers. Further, Bryan spent time alongside Judge William Overton, a son of former Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice Ben Overton. Bryan worked at an injury law firm over summer breaks from school. He was actively involved with the Trial Advocacy and Sports Law programs throughout law school as well. Bryan was also a legal intern at the Minor League Baseball Headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL. Bryan joined All Injuries Law firm in May of 2017. Before then, he worked as an attorney at a large insurance defense firm in Sarasota representing insurance companies and Employers in the defense of injury claims. His defense work allowed him to learn the various strategies and tactics that insurance companies utilize to defend injury cases. That experience provided valuable insight that Bryan and All Injuries Law Firm consider in the pursuit of justice for the injured people we represent. Bryan is happily married to his wife, Meghan, and they have three children. Bryan is an avid fisherman, golfer, outdoorsman, and sports fan. Bryan takes pride in the fact that he works in his hometown and helps injured people in the community.
