OJCC Holiday Hours
The state-observed holidays are published by the Department of Management Services . These include both Christmas Day and New Years Day each year. Because Christmas falls on a Saturday this year, we will observe with statutory closure on Friday, December 24, 2021 and Friday, January 1, 2021. By Executive action on December 13, 2021, Governor DeSantis has ordered closure of state buildings and offices for two additional days. Therefore, the Florida OJCC facilities throughout the state will be closed: Thursday, December 23, 2021 Friday, December 24, 2021 Thursday December 30, 2021 Friday January 1, 2022 If you have an event noticed for December 23, 2021 or December 30, 2021, please contact the judge's office to verify whether it will proceed or not. Some scheduled proceedings, including Joint Petition hearings are expected to proceed as scheduled, at the discretion of the assigned judge.
