New WC Fee Schedule in Florida
The Florida Workers’ Compensation Health Care Provider Reimbursement Manual, 2020 Edition, Rule 69L-7.020, Florida Administrative Code, has been ratified by the legislature and signed by the governor. This notice is being sent to notify all parties that the Manual will be effective July 1, 2023. The Florida Workers’ Compensation Health Care Provider Reimbursement Manual, 2020 Edition, incorporates the Maximum Reimbursement Allowances for various medical services, as approved by the Three-Member Panel on December 17, 2020, pursuant to section 440.13(12)(a), Florida Statutes.
