The Division of Administrative Hearings Administrative Order 20-05 extended the effects of prior orders through May 31, 2020 (all are on the website, https://www.fljcc.org/jcc/www.fljcc.org). No further Administrative Order has been issued at this time. Therefore, it is expected that the suspension of the requirements of Rule 60Q6.123: sworn statements regarding child support obligations for settlements and the MANDATE of telephonic mediation will end Sunday. Therefore, whether a mediation is telephonic or otherwise will be up to the individual assigned mediator as of MONDAY, June 1, 2020. Hearings remain in the discretion of the assigned judge.
