The OJCC announced Tuesday, October 27, 2020 that all state mediations will be telephonic through November 27, 2020. There is no need to ask permission to appear telephonically during this time. The OJCC staff is all wearing masks whenever we are not at our desks. Please remember to wear yours if you visit any of our facilities.  No paper should be mailed or delivered to our OJCC offices. The rules require attorneys to use electronic filing. If paper must be sent, it is to be sent to our clerk's office in Tallahassee. The COVID-19 virus can live on surfaces, including paper. Please do not bring or send paper to our offices.

The Statewide Judicial Nominating Commission met August 17, 2020.
