Mandatory Telephonic Mediation Ends 02.26.21
The Florida Office of Judges of Compensation Claims ended mandatory telephonic mediation as of March 1, 2021. Parties wishing to appear by telephone at mediations should proceed under the published Rules of Procedure for Workers' Compensation Adjudications, particularly Rule 60Q6.110 .
